We are looking for Swedish speaking Customer Service Agents to join our team in Matosinhos.
Location: Matosinhos, Portugal | Languages: Swedish (fluent)
Your duties:
- Documentation of customer concerns
- Providing price and product information
- Processing customer complaints and troubleshooting
- Maintain customer satisfaction & loyalty
Your skills:
- Good communication skills in Swedish (fluent)
- Good written skills
- Soft skills & politeness
- Familiarity with computers and MS Office
- Work experience in Customer Service will be considered as advantage
