We are looking for an experienced German speaker to join our team as a team leader!

Your duties:

  • Support the Operations Manager in the daily business
  • Main point of contact for our client as well as for the team
  • Motivate and coach the team and ensure performance goals are met
  • Control KPIs and ensure their achievement
  • Develop procedures to enhance productivity and performance according to business needs and requirements
  • Increase quality measures and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify team member’s training needs and ensure development plans are maintained for all team members
  • Prepare and implement meetings and team member appraisals
  • Create statistics and bespoke reporting

Your skills:

  • Proven experience of working in a call centre environment in a team lead position
  • Native or C2 level of German. Additional languages a plus.
  • Confident, friendly and professional manner
  • Customer service oriented
  • Excellent communication and conflict management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to adapt quickly to change
  • Determined, flexible, reliable and a team player
  • Assertive and with a strong affinity for numbers
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
