Your work-life opportunity:
In this role you will be part of the Long Tail Iberia team, working closely with the Global Long Tail teams defining the strategy to scale our partner base and being responsible for the local implementation. You will be directly responsible for the acquisition of new partners and their performance and growth in the platform.

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Being responsible for the Commercial structure of the Long Tail team. Both Sales team and the Account Management team (hunting and farming).
  • Work hand to hand with the General Manager in Portugal to develop the Long Tail Commercial strategy.
  • Manage and coordinate the Sales Teams to guarantee that the target result is achieved. The main objective is to bring new partners into the business that will generate the increase in revenue in the middle and long term.
  • Coordinate Team Leads activities and establish goals for each one of the Sales Executives with the HoS and evaluate their performance.
  • Ensure that the quantity and quality of the pipeline is aligned with the target.
  • Manage and coordinate the Account Management team, to push for Long Tail partners' growth through the adoption of different assets (promotions, Visibility tools, Menu quality etc.).
  • Define scalable processes, making sure Long Tail partners are self-sufficient using our tools.
  • Hire and Develop the team, promoting "high bar" culture.
  • Raise product requests to improve partners UX and scalability. Identify tech features improvements and give proactive feedback to HQ.

  • Scale the number of partners working on our platform.
  • Deal accuracy: have the right content in the right place!
  • Increase team's productivity
  • Scale Self-service promotool utilization rate (% of store addresses ID using promotool)
  • Increase Partner revenue & amount of partners buying assets

  • % Churn over portfolio

You have:

  • Commercial Management or Business Consultancy +5/7 years or experience
  • Project management skills
  • Proficiency in excel
  • Preferably experience in FMCG, Consulting or Delivery industry
  • Capacity to manage large teams.
  • Effective English written and communication skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Determined to get things done: no job is too big or too small
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a high growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace
