Answers customer questions regarding coffee blends, preparation, and product freshness.:

• Conduct daily Espresso profiling to maintain consistent taste.:

• Establish drinks recipes to ensure proper drink production.:

• Assume responsibility for all aspects of coffee production.:

• Be capable of completing and overseeing all daily bar operations.:

• Create and perform training system for all barista staff to uphold all company and store/restaurant policies.:

• Oversee all barista employees, including performance, responsibilities, training, customer service, hygiene.:

• **Be “on-call” with responsibility to respond to problems or fill-in

• Keep equipment operating by following operating procedures, troubleshooting breakdown, maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance, and informing the Store/restaurant manager of any issues.:
