Your profile
- You are interested in automation solutions and ideally also have a background in power generation plants, their control systems and grid automation within the area of renewable energy.
- You have expertise in automation and IT system architecture including visualization, control, functional safety and communication protocols as well as IoT, cyber security and network topologies.
- You know PLC Systems e.g., SPPA-T3000 or CODESYS, Step 7, SCADA e.g., WinCC OA and industrial communication via Modbus and OPC UA.
Advanced knowledge in object-oriented programming is self-evident for you. - You are experienced in creating simulation models and systems with various simulation tools e.g., Matlab, Simulink.
- You know how to plan and run software tests.
- You have experience in customer order engineering preferably in the power generation domain.
Your Responsibilities - Assumption of full ownership and responsibility of solutions in the area of microgrid and energy management systems in conjunction with IoT solutions.
Definition and maintenance of competitive and profitable products and solutions as well as definition and update of product roadmap and in this context responsible for the release and provision of the common platform for all business stakeholders. - Analysis and evaluation of market, customers, competitors, technology and competencies as well as the development of solutions including an adequate business plan; clarify requirements with customers and sales.
- Identification and evaluation of synergies with other products and solutions (markets, verticals, technologies, etc.) in coordination and alignment to continuously reduce costs and optimize products and solutions.
- Definition of R&D projects and close coordination with associated development partners including project management and release coordination with sales and customer order engineering; Find a solution, prototypical implementations together with development partners.
