Our Client is a Food Manufacturing Company based in the South of Johannesburg
- Deliver results through partnering approach with internal & external stakeholder (suppliers) to achieve real improvement and managing risks
- Reduce costs for fixed (Contracts) and variable Plant Maintenance costs
- Devise and use fruitful sourcing strategies and discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnership
- Discovering profitable suppliers and initiate procurement partnerships
- Discover the best ways to cut procurement expenses, so that the company can invest in growth and people.
- Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements
- Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients
Qualifications:
- Matriculation
- Bachelor's Degree in Procurement/Supply Chain Management or Equivalent
Skills:
- A minimum of 10 experience in a procurement role
- Knowledgeable of supply and demand management
- Broad Engineering Experience with at least 10 years in manufacturing industry
- Sound knowledge of Plant Equipment and manufacturing processes
Salary / Package:
