FUNCTIONS:
Marketing plan definition, including brand volume and profit objectives, price, promotional mix, media and consumer promotion campaign with budget investment and P&L analysis;

  • Defining local category strategy, regarding local market situation and competitor's reaction and profile;
  • Product development recommendation in order to develop category, achieve more profit, and increase market share;
  • Defining roll-over strategy for new products sector development, regarding consumer research and brand strategy;
  • European Country review presentations with clear market analysis and short/long term brand strategy.
  • South European brain storming with future project developments in order to define regional strategy and achieve regional and local objectives;
  • New customers categories shelf spacing definition and proposal, regarding market trends, competitors performance and a new segmentation that will allow to develop category value;
  • Budget management and split by brand/category.

REQUIREMENTS:
University degree in Economics/Business, complemented with specific knowledge of marketing;

  • At least 5 years of experience in Marketing;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Responsible, methodical and organized;
  • Strong desire to grow inside the company;
  • Drive for results;
  • Hability to influence the organization in a positive way;
  • Habilty and will to present new solutions;
  • Think out of the box personality.
