About the job:

  • Leading the development, implementation and improvement of Best-in-Class processes, tools and methods to support efficiently and effectively the Supply Planning activities along the Value Chain involving all relevant stakeholders and business functions
  • Identifying and highlighting potentials for Planning Excellence development within Global Supply Chain Planning and lead their implementation
  • Establishing and leading a center of knowledge for internal & external know-how sharing
  • Being the SAP IBP, ECC, S/4HANA Systems and Processes Experts for Global Supply Chain Planning
  • Representing GSCP in Company (SCB) Programs and Projects
  • Analyzing as-is processes and designs: defining and implementing new ones in form of Quick Wins, Continuous Improvements and Corporate Supply Chain Business Projects
  • Identifying process gaps, providing global/cross-functional best practice solutions and coordinate their deployment within Global Supply Chain Planning organization
  • Securing daily business process execution and improving process stability, consistency and harmonization. Point out major improvement steps cross-functionally and promote process-oriented thinking within the organization
  • Modeling, implementing and automating Planning workflows with the goal of improving Corporate performance by minimizing errors, inefficiencies, and miscommunication
  • Coordinating the Global Supply Chain Planning IT Budget spend (200 Man/days per year)
  • Translating complex business needs into global IT requirements; drive successful outcome independently
  • Ensuring correct cost Budgeting, Forecasting, assignment and booking of IT Actual costs
  • Being the Analytics Key User for the Global Supply Chain Planning department
  • Designing and Implementing an adequate reporting framework to provide transparency;
  • Coordinating trainings, communication and testing of analytics products
  • Supporting in measuring performances and guide the department towards exceeding its KPIs
  • Acting as consulting partner for the Heads of Supply Planning on Strategic Planning Development initiatives
  • Engaging with key stakeholders within the GSCP organization to understand the daily business activities
  • Leading and drive departmental improvement projects and initiatives

About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • University degree preferably in Exact Sciences, Engineering
  • Certification APICS CPIM would be an asset
  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in SAP IBP, ECC, S/4HANA
  • Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
  • Excellent English and German proficiency, presentation, and communication skills

Due to legal reasons, we advise that the collectively agreed base monthly salary for this position is at least € 3.028,61 gross monthly. Our actual salaries are market competitive, and take individual qualifications and experience into consideration.
