As a Design Engineer from drivetrain design section, he/she will be able to manage and promote Project development, Quality and Value Optimization activities for all America´s regions.

Main responsibilities:
Project development: Manage projects for Americas region. Achieve CQT of projects.

Quality: Solve Drivetrain quality issues presented during development of projects and current production to continue guarantee high quality of Nissan vehicles.

Value Optimization: To lead, manage & promote activities to generate cost reduction ideas inside Powertrain area in order to achieve objectives.

Reporting: Report to top management about progress/status and next steps of tasks under his/her responsibilities.

Education:
Bachelor’s or Master in Automotive, Mechanical or related Engineering.

Previous experience:
1 years of experience in Automotive Industry (desirable)/ Not experience is acceptable

Required knowledge:
Technical knowledge of engine and drivetrain parts.

Languages:
English verbal and written communication skills. (Business fluent)

Computer skills:
CAD, Office tools (mandatory excel & PowerPoint)

Competences and skills:
Proactive

Good communication skills.

Viability to travel
