What you’ll achieve
As a Program Management Senior Advisor, you will identify new growth areas, technologies and emerging program/service opportunities. Youwill conduct in-depth market analysis to optimize existing programs/solutions, partnering closely with the broader ESG team to build a product road map and align product and program strategies for the business.
You will:
- Manage programs throughout their entire lifecycle
- Support business case for improvements or new programs
- Capture and manage requirements and provide a simple interpretation
- Drive preparation for external and internal program related events

Essential Requirements
- Passion for ESG/Social Impact specifically in the area of pro bono
- Solid grasp of business goals and objectives as they relate to customer use cases and solutions
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to help ensure success of program and participants
- Excellence in understanding competitors and their products and programs as well as potential partner relationships
- Polished presentation skillsDesirable Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent work experience in International Development, Social Impact, Public Administration, Education, Nonprofit Management, or similar
- Data management, data analysis, and data visualization experience
