SCRUM MASTER:
The Scrum master is responsible for develop and lead high-performing, cross functional teams, instilling in them a clear vision, passion, and accountability to drive successful
data and outcome driven delivery within our E2E Solutions cross functional teams.
The role has the following responsibilities:
- Leads team efforts in relentless improvement, facilitates the team retrospective and teaches problem-solving techniques.
- Helps the Product Owner to manage the backlog and guide the team with respect to priorities and scope.
- Communicates with management and outside stakeholders and being a point of reference and back all actions and agreements to the team.
- Coordinate with the System Team, User Experience, Architecture, Shared Services and others.
- Guides the team and helps to understand how to estimate/size Features and Capabilities.
What you bring:
- 2-3 years of experience working as a Scrum Master.
- Analytic Ability: Combines and organizes information into meaningful patterns; identifies underlying relationships, causes and effects; and combines pieces of information to form conclusions or general rules.
- Agile methodology.
- Able to relaising apps to life.
- Process Orientation.
- Business Results Orientation.
- Good communication skills.
