To look after Vodafone Qatar facilities management to make sure it is well-maintained as per the standards, legalized, and in good working order. This includes but not limited to MEP, firefighting, fire alarm, civil works, cleaning and other facilities aspects.
- Set the strategic long-term plan for FM function
- Assign roles and responsibilities for tactical implementation of strategic pillars
- Set the strategic and operational standards for FM ISO certification
- Define process and steps for proper stock level management defining reordering point for best utilisation of resources and space
- Proactively identify risks and create a mitigation plan
- ManageE2E the facilities vendors as per the contractual terms and conditions.
- Manage and lead the VFQ FM team of professionals to achieve set KPIs
- Lead the weekly meetings with FM vendor and VFQ FM team
- Manage the FM contract and ensure all contractual T & C and KPIs are achieved
- Carry out wide range of analysis such as but not limited to performance, financial sensitivity analysis
- Prepare monthly Dash board for MF activities
- Manage and control the FM yearly budget
- Manage PO issuance process and actualisation
- Coach and mentor the VFQ FM team to enhance performance
