The plan is to transform Vodafone Business from a “Customer obsessed” to “Customer Experience obsessed” business. This role is responsible for leading a team of CX designers and strategists, you will work together with the Head of Global CX to implement Vodafone Business Global Customer Experience strategy and governance model. The successful person will help implement the Vodafone Business “CX golden rules and ensure the business adhere to the CX framework. Customer Experience has been identified by VF Business as a key area that requires transformation and redefining our goals across all markets. This team will be influential and will be fundamental to the success of CX globally.

What you bring?

  • Proven experience in working with Customer Experience Strategy.
  • Demonstrated experience in Service Design leadership
  • Thought leadership in Customer Experience and Design Thinking.
  • Proven experience in a similar role managing and delivering customer experience transformation
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated relationship building and effective communications skills up to Director level.
  • Good understanding of customer research and insights methodologies and approaches.
  • Understanding of customer segmentation.
  • Strong background in Design Thinking/User centred design and ability to coach others.
  • Understanding of customer and user research techniques.
  • Ability to evaluate information and the curiosity to question.
  • Ability to develop design artefacts such as persona canvas or customer journeys (desirable).
  • Experience in Telco or Technology sector working with B2B customers (desirable).
  • Familiarity with Systems Thinking (desirable)
