Admissions Clerk | Duchy Hospital | Full Time 37.5 Hours
The successful applicant will work in the Bookings office at Duchy Hospital in Cornwall.
You will be responsible for booking inpatients and day cases procedure appointments, sending out relevant admission letters, producing estimates, insurance pre-authorisation, booking PCR Covid tests and arranging pre-assessment appointments. dealing with general enquiries from patients, external and internal medical secretaries and other hospital departments telephone queries.
What you'll bring with you

- Be able to work as part of a team
- A need for accuracy is essential
- Previous experience of working in a hospital environment would be preferable
