Bilingual Retention agents in this role get to:
*Be the Point of Contact; *answer inbound calls to provide exceptional customer service to
consumers. Overcome existing customer objections to product dissatisfaction, too much product
unused, benefits of taking the product, subscription cancellation, cost of products, etc.

Qualifications:**

  • High school diploma or GED (might be unfinished)
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills, B1H/B2 English proficiency
  • Sales/Retention/Collections experience
  • Retention skills (overcoming objections, negotiation)
  • Basic PC keyboarding skills
