To support The LEGO Group with consistent, timely and reliable Human Resources core processes and ensure customer service. This role will provide support to Recruitment Support team. The Intern plays an important role in providing HR related topics to employees. We need employees, all eager to engage actively in building a high-performing department, valuing collaboration, quality, and fun in the everyday life.
What your day will look like:
- Assistance in the Medical insurance enrolment for new hire eligible employees.
- To update upcoming tasks on Teams calendar.
- Send upcoming course attendance list to course instructors (global task).
- Service now ticket system handling (Review tickets, resolve/close them).
- HR Forms processing in SAP (Hires, Changes & terminations).
Are you up for the challenge?
- Experience: Desirable knowledge in SAP System
- Education: Active student in careers in management, organizational psychology, or related to human resources.
- Knowledge: Communication skills, attitude of service, teamwork, organized and proactive.
- Skills: Advanced English
