Responsibilities:
Supporting the hiring for the BNP Paribas US Teams

  • Manage the onboarding process for all new hires and transfers within specific business lines.
  • Distribute onboarding paperwork and track progress.
  • Initiate and adjudicate background checks.
  • Track onboarding progress for each new hire and establish working relationships with the various teams involved.
  • Maintain Taleo onboarding portal.
  • Own quarterly controls for the recruitment team, working closely with HR Operational Risk to produce evidence when requested.
  • Create and maintain recruiting metrics (Quarterly Dashboards and KPIs consisting of data around recruitment activity) and manage other adhoc reporting requests, as needed, on an ongoing basis.
  • Manage other adhoc projects, as needed.
    Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited university
  • Applicant Tracking System (Taleo preferred)
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint experience
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professionalism in dealing with confidential information
  • Proven ability to complete ad-hoc projects with mínimal guidance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of banking / financial industry is a plus
  • 2+ years of previous experience working as a recruitment coordinator
  • Previous work experience, preferably within HR and/or Recruiting
  • Understanding of data analysis as it relates to HR
  • Comfortable manipulating data for large presentations
