Warehouse Executive / Sr. Executive:
Your Responsibilities:
- Take lead in conducting materials receipts and issuing accurately and timely upon standards of operation
- Take lead in inventory conformity between SAP and physical materials accurately upon standards of operation
- Observe deviations/risks and take actions to correct and prevent, then drive optimization of procedures, instructions, CP, ORP, FMEA by co-working with Warehouse Coordinator
- Strictly obey guidelines of 6S，EHS, Security throughout all processes
- Continuous cost saving and efficiency improvement for storage costs, manpower optimization and warehouse space optimization
- Responsible for close coordination with different departments which are input process owners and output process owners, close coordination with Warehouse Coordinator and Assistant
- Involve in yearly investment, cost and BC headcount budget preparation and implementation by daily fulfilment
- Involve in all kinds of internal and external audit
- Involve in setting up the training structure and training materials, and delivering trainings to BCs
- Archiving all operation related documents on time
- Other Job assignment appointed from superior
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, supply chain or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in warehouse or supply chain management (Manufacturing industry preferred)
- Have a good leadership capability, a good team work spirit and an excellent communication skill
- Good computer skills (MS office package, SAP WM/MM Modules)
- Forklift driving license preferred
