As a Team Lead for Accounts Payable Americas, you will be responsible for managing a team of up to 10 employees working for our Infineon locations in the Americas region.

In your new role you will:

  • Monitor the *team performance *and its *workload *.
  • *Analyze accounting dashboard *and *define actions *according to the results.
  • Ensure *operational activities and report *to area manager, internal teams or external auditors.
  • Be responsible for the *recruitment *of new employees and their *onboarding *.
  • Harmonize and implement *new processes and/or tools *.
  • Define and monitor the *execution of daily team tasks *.

You are a team player with strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Your working style is process-oriented and you have the ability to be flexible even in a complex working environment. Furthermore, quality is very important for you and you lead by example.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • A *degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance *or equivalent field.
  • Around *5 years of experience *and in-depth knowledge of *Accounts Payable *.
  • Proven experience *managing small teams or project teams *.
  • Experience in a *Shared Services environment *is an advantage.
  • Excellent *communication and interpersonal skills *and the ability to effectively *exchange with internal and external partners *of all functions and levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work with *SAP and Microsoft Office *tools.
  • Fluency in *English *.
