About This Job:
Our travel sales representatives fulfill the travel and vacation dreams of our members every day, by helping them use their incredible member benefits like free hotel stays and airline tickets, and greatly discounted cruise packages. We are looking for individuals to work remote and be a part of our Portugal team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to customers and existing travel bookings in English
- Resolve escalated customer service issues with members & properties.
- Service member from point of initial reservation through completion of travel.
- Determine how to best fulfill members travel request based on customer needs and available options.
- Provide high quality customer service and product knowledge regarding all member programs.
- Promote product and services, building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Follow up to ensure resolution and provide feedback to customers, always following procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Contribute to team effort by reaching key performance indicators
- Service cruise and land-based travel products
- Maximize all opportunities by booking travel add-on products with every reservation
Requirements:
- 1+ years' experience in Sales
- 1+ years' experience in Customer Service or in the Hospitality industry
- Flexibility to work in schedules/shifts: according to US Market time zone
- Highly proficient in English - to communicate effectively over the phone
- Travel and cruise experience highly preferred
- Microsoft proficient and comfortable learning new computer programs and systems
- Excellent attention to detail
Compensation:
- Top Performer - 1500€ / month
- Base 705€ / month plus commissions and bonuses

Remote Work Requirements:
- Must be a currently supported version of PC, or Laptop (NO Chrome Book or Tablets permitted)
- Windows 10 or MAC High Sierra or Mojave
- CPU: 1.5 GHz or higher dual core processor
- RAM: 4 GB of RAM
- Hard Drive: At least 500gb with 250MB free space
- Internet with 30Mbps Upload and 30Mbps Download for VoIP (Ethernet connection is a must)
- Headset USB with Noise Canceling, similar to Plantronics C3220 or Jabra ENC010
- USB Camera or in-Built laptop camera
