Your responsibilities and impact as a Recruitment Consultant will be*:
- Analysing the clients’ needs and establishing a profile and search plan to respond to it
Developing new sourcing channels - Advertising open vacancies
Participating in the online marketing strategy and company visibility & positioning - Leading & being part of Ad-hoc projects
As a Team Member & true Company actor, you also will be in charge of your Clients portfolio, *with the responsibility of the Account Manager. *You will work hand to hand with your manager in:
- Managing your account with weekly & daily communication with your Client
- Being the SPOC of your Client within Blu Selection
- Developing and maintain a good and close relationship with your Clients
- Defining the recruitment needs with your Clients
- You will work within a really dynamic environment; your flexibility and adaptability will be your key of success. Your team is composing of expats living a good life balance in Barcelona._
Qualifikationen*
Skills, experiences and interests you need to succeed in this role*:
Speaking a native level of German**
- Speaking a proficient level of English
- Being creative, adaptable and proactive
Having previous experience in recruitment/customer support/sales
- Being a Team player
- Enjoying being energetic, innovative and working proactively at a fast pace
- Getting excited about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle
- Being already in Barcelona and love the vibe of your international career and life experience.
