Marketplaces deployed by Wolf have helped close to 200,000 job seekers find flexible work in their communities, while simultaneously helping over 7,000 hospitals, restaurants, and families find the nurses, servers, and babysitters they need during this famous labor shortage we are all living through. As part of our mission to create the best talent marketplace software in the world, Product Design is crucial to creating the feeling of delight in our end users and differentiating our product. Product design will work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, customer success teams to ensure an incredible experience.
We are looking for an experienced Product Designer who is creative, self-driven and enthusiastic about delivering intuitive experiences for our end users.
What you’ll be doing:
- Create user-centered designs, incorporating client and end-user feedback when deemed applicable
- Increase ease-of-use and enhance the user experience
- Collaborate with team members (sales and customer success, engineers) to evaluate user needs
- Own the design process each step of the way: Identify & define the problem, research & propose solutions, design, implement, evaluate, and iterate
- Produce design solutions that are intuitive and provide value for the end user
Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
What you bring to the table:A portfolio of relevant design work that highlights an ability to ship products that customers love
- A keen eye for detail and aesthetics
- Experience in with design tools such as Figma, Zeplin, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Proven leadership abilities as well as low-ego team-player approach to collaboration
If you have any of these, we'd do a backflip - Previous experience working for an early-stage startup
- Experience working with a Marketplace platform (e.g.: Uber Eats, Cornershop)
- Advanced English language skills
