Administrator - Logistics & Stock Department




Salary:** Up to £20,500 (dependent on experience) + Benefits_

Location:_ Lostock Gralam, Northwich, CW9 7UA_

Hours:_ 08:00 - 16:30 Monday - Friday (Hybrid working)_

Due to continued growth we are looking for a Logistics Coordinator / Warehouse Operative to become a member of the Logistics dept.
As an Administrator in Logistics Department you will

Be responsible for ensuring accurate stock control is maintained, manage outward bound deliveries and escalation with our courier, and assist as part of the Logistics function.

  • Processing of inbound and outbound deliveries
    Maintaining accurate stock records / stock taking
  • Generating weekly reports for management
  • Management of any third parties/ vendors which may be used as resolve groups
  • Booking collection consignments from customer sites
  • General admin for the logistics department including filing of delivery notes and engineer return forms
  • Assisting generally with on-going Logistics practice
    Good organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Good knowledge of different IT products is advantageous
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, documentation skills
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Preferably a background in the warehouse / logistics industry (not essential)
  • Applicants must be currently based in UK
  • A full UK driving licence is preferred
