What you will be doing at Webhelp
As a Customer Experience Advisor with English, you will:
- Drive and passion to sell and work with key performance indicators, in a target-driven sales environment
- Able to manage a long number of Outbound calls
- Engage with customers to provide guidance and knowledge about different types of insurance available
- A professional telephone manner, with the ability to actively listen and uncover client’s needs
- Indexation & electronic archiving in our document management tool
What we are looking for
As an Outbound sales advisor for an insurance company, you will provide a warm and professional contact with each of our customer’s clients. You will be focused on helping new clients to understand, compare, buy, and manage their insurances. Your mission is to find the right cover for them in a communicative, polite, and friendly way via outbound calls while reaching your career goal and contributing to the future success of the company.
We’ll be a great match if you:
- Proficient English (C2)
- Previous experience in sales is a plus
- Excellent verbal and organizational skills
- Confident, ambitions and a great team player
- Be comfortable in a selling environment
- Problem-solving skills - identifying customer needs and proposing quick solutions
- For non-EU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit

What we offer
- Competitive wages (14 monthly payments per year)

- Health insurance with a dental plan (after 6 months of the contract)
- Working hours: Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 6 pm
- Work on site (Not possible work remotely)
- The contract is a 6 month (renewable contract)
