The Digital Global Unit (DGU) is an area of EDP SA and its mission is to challenge the organization to think differently and go beyond, in a context of increasingly frequent and faster technological, economic and social changes, creating and disseminating a digital friendly culture, favorable to the development and experimentation of new solutions that create value for the various stakeholders of the EDP Group. To support us in this role, we intend to recruit for the Agile Competence Centre.

Main responsibilities:

  • Agile best practices definition;
  • Team Coaching;
  • Ensuring the correct adoption of the methodology in new teams, particularly by Scrum Masters and Product Owners providing continuous feedback for team improvement;
  • Educate the organization in the use of Agile methodologies, ensuring their correct adoption;
  • Implement appropriate processes, procedures and guidelines for the implementation of Agile methodologies in the organization.

Looking for people with the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Informatics or similar;
  • Minimum of 5 years professional experience in project management, team management, specification and implementation of systems using Agile methodologies;
  • Experience as Product Owner and/or ScrumMaster;
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence tools;
  • Experience in agile development methodologies (SCRUM/LeSS);
  • Certification as Scrum Master or Product Owner is valued;
  • Experience in conducting agile/Scrum trainings and workshops.
