Louis Vuitton Portugal is seeking highly motivated professionals to work as Client Advisor (30h) with a passion for creating memorable experiences for our Clients through our call center.
As a Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring that every client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise. You will strive to discover your clients and their every need, and to guide them across the Brand. You will proactively reach out to your clients in order to achieve individual and team goals.
Responsibilities:
- Attend our clients through the store telephone, in a qualitative way, ensuring we cover their needs and provide them with a good client experience,
- Sell to our clients through the telephone, trying to upgrade the sell,
- Build long term relationships with our clients making sure they will repeat their purchase experience,
- Prepare the sold products and work closely with stock team to send and deliver to the clients.

Skills:
- Strong patient character,
- High communication skills,
- Agility to adapt quickly to our client needs, with the difficulty that the client is not present in the store,
- Good listener & empathic,
- Strong commercial mindset
- Languages: Fluent Portuguese & English
