FINANCE

We're a global team with a presence in all of our locations around the world. Our biggest teams are based in the UK and Portugal. Our team in Porto focuses on financial reporting and operations, while the Group Finance team in London is made up of Corporate Development, Tax, Treasury and Commercial Finance. All of our teams play an instrumental role within the business, from developing best practice, delivering strategic projects and helping us to tell our story with data.

PORTO

Our Porto office is located in Portugal's vibrant second city, known for its history and its creative yet cosy environment. You can have an informal meeting in the treehouse or play the piano during your lunch break!

THE ROLE

Under the guidance of the Procurement Operations EMEA, the role will operate the global business spend management tool and ensure that spend is optimized with operational efficiency (indirect spend), will be business partner to assigned teams, developing relationships with key stakeholders.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Implement a strategic action plan to achieve Procurement KPIs
  • Proactively / frequently communicate business results
  • Support the business with RFP, negotiation, e-auction to select vendors
  • Identify business needs and prioritize operational and financial benefit opportunities
  • Assess financial stability and risk of potential vendors
  • Support development of non-standard vendor contracts in collaboration with legal
  • Support vendor audit and ensure all vendor documents are compliant

WHO YOU ARE

  • BA/BS degree in engineering, business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant procurement experience
  • Negotiation, Project Management, SRM skills
  • Experience working with multiple international stakeholders
  • Experience with Coupa will be a plus
