Responsibilities:
- Carry out an optimal selection process that allows you to select the right people following the Sector Alarm Highways.
- Conduct interviews, reference checks and technical tests.
- Ensure solidity and qualitative excellence in selection processes aligned with corporate strategies and objectives.
- Contribute to the development of optimal recruitment concepts by cooperating with Sector Alarm Group.
- Feed and manage the recruitment tool.
- Analyze and identify improvement channels
- Participate in the detection of talent among the Company’s employees (internal selection processes).
- Recommend new recruiting media and policies when necessary.
- Organize Employer Branding actions following the Company’s Highways.
- Collaborate with external Partners to participate in events that position the Brand as an employer (job fairs, round tables, workshops, etc ).
- Collaborate in internal actions to improve the retention of talent within the company.
Requirements:
- University Degree or higher education and provable experience in the position.
- Valuable master’s degree in Human Resources.
- At least 3 years of experience in the position.
- High level of English and/or Spanish..
- Knowledge in selection tools.
- Knowledge in recruiting tools.
