Courier Service Agent

As a Courier Service Agent, you will be part of excellent team that is known for its excellent service and customer satisfaction. You must be enthusiastic about working in the courier industry. You will interact with customers and courier drivers on a daily basis, creating relationships, addressing problems, and determining their service needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Generating Courier Drivers Delivery List
• Monitoring Segregation of Courier Packets Area wise
• Handling customer complaints
• Following up on non-delivered shipments
• Updating reasons for non-delivered shipments
• Following up with drivers to make sure the deliveries are done the same day of pick up
• Preparing MIS reports
• Reporting Daily Activities
• Reconciling daily Collection Amount
• Reconciling pending Shipments
  Qualification:

• Bachelors Degree
• UAE Driving License is a must

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
