Position:Payroll Administrator**

Description: Ensuring the timely and accurate payment of payroll for a predefined group of employees as well as supporting the stores in all payroll related issues.

Line-Manager: Payroll Manager Germany and Austria

PRIMARK is a successful retailer in the fashion sector with stores in Ireland, UK, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, France and Germany. The offer consists of the latest fashion at reasonable prices.For our payroll department we are looking for dedicated employees (f/m/d) to support us.**

Tasks:

  • Preparation and execution of monthly payroll for a defined group of employees (approx. 900-1200 payslips per month) in cooperation with our external payroll service provider.
  • Recording of transaction data, taking into account payroll tax, social security and collective bargaining law requirements
  • Implementation and monitoring of payroll-relevant company agreements
  • Contact person for executives, employees and authorities regarding wage, social insurance and tax law issues
  • Support with master data maintenance
  • Monitoring of deadlines (maternity/parental leave/long-term sick leave)
  • Support with projects (process implementations in the area of Global Payroll Management)
  • Preparation of internal payroll audit documents and their monitoring
  • Monitoring and maintenance of the reporting and certification system

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial training or comparable training
  • First professional experience in a comparable area of responsibility
  • Knowledge of tax and social security law is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Accuracy, independent and responsible way of working
  • Strong communication skills
