Your role:
We are seeking a Commercial Support Specialist to join our team in this new role in Antwerpen!

You will perform supporting tasks that are crucial for the actual selling process and commercial activities. You will be responsible for setting up the correct structure (customer data, material data, pricing data) to make operational selling processes run smoothly. Therefore, you’ll work with the (outside) Sales team, allowing them to focus fully on the commercial contact with the customers.

In more detail, you will for example:

  • Setup and maintain commercial reports (mostly SAP) related to commercial activities, logistics and stock management, and quality notifications.
  • Determine, set up and maintain international SAP customer data, such as hierarchies and pricing.
  • Determine, setup & maintain SAP complex material data such as master data;
  • Store and organize sales contracts and follow up on key data and bonus provisions;
  • Contribute to bid management process via commercial narratives and calculations
  • Proactively conduct customer-specific reporting.

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Be able to effectively communicate in English and Dutch, with a diverse group of stakeholders. French is a plus;
  • Previous experience of SAP R/3 (Order-to-cash process) (2+ years);
  • Strong MS Excel and analytical skills;
  • Excellent time management skills;
  • Pro-active and commercial attitude with eagerness to learn;
  • Broad knowledge of the MS Office package is a plus.
