Control Room Manager

Xone Integrated Security is seeking to employ a Qualified and skilled Control Room Manager in the Boksburg and surrounding areas.

• PSIRA grade A
• Grade 12
• Security Management Certificate/Diploma will be an advantage.
• Own Reliable Transport
• Minimum 5 years control room experience
• Willing and able to work long and abnormal hours
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Must have extensive knowledge of supervision
• Presentable, team player and be able to communicate directly to Management, Clients and staff.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and writing
• Strong character and able to make decisions with minimum input from senior management
• Technical experience
• Understanding of body language and profiling
• Fully computer literate, Microsoft and online occurrence book, control room systems, CiiMS
• Understand and work with at least 2 CCTV software systems Cathexis/Adpro
• Extensive experience in control room operations and CCTV monitoring.
• Safety Leadership Programme
• Advance CCTV and Body Language certificates
• Experience in training other staff members
