THE ROLE

With aspirations to transform how we service our customers, you will ensure the smooth execution of strategic projects related to the global expansion of our Fulfilment Network. Reporting to the Program Manager, you will be in charge of delivering strategic projects on time and within budget, ensuring our project portfolio makes us better, faster, cheaper and that we are constantly improving our services.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead the delivery of fulfilment-based projects.
  • Report on assigned projects across the portfolio, ensuring budget and scope are followed, dependencies are managed and risks flagged accordingly.
  • Find new ways to overcome prioritisation challenges, showstoppers and project blockers.
  • Highlight the 'FxFF strategy' as the overarching objective within all project deliverables.
  • Organise steering committees for strategic projects, ensuring senior leadership team is kept informed.
  • Track project performance and assess opportunities for improvement or the acceleration of project delivery.

WHO YOU ARE

  • 5 years experience in fulfilment-based projects.
  • Project Management and Supply Chain/ Logistics qualifications desirable.
  • Experience delivering complex projects on time, in scope and budget (including creation of business cases/ managing Capex requests).
  • Senior leadership management skills and ability to excel in complex challenges.
  • Customer ethos.
