About the job:

  • Contribute to shape the yearly holistic communication plan, articulating the key seasonal focuses and priorities (e.g. key gifting moments, product launches, collaborations, ), as a balancing act between Brand inspiration and commercial needs
  • Focus on selected key consumption periods and manage the related end-to-end campaigns’ deliveries, working cross-functionally and ensuring that process governance and decision discipline are respected
  • Thoughtfully set and manage selected campaigns’ milestones and timelines - main dates and gates (especially points of no return), including briefing and production times, deployment dates etc., - anticipating roadblocks and proactively identifying and suggesting solutions
  • Ensure that markets’ feedback/requirements on past season’s programs/product performance are timely accounted for and properly reflected in the 360 brand activation plan
  • Align and work closely with the Go-to-market and Communication Investments teams to ensure fit / sufficiency of budget and plan to deliver on financial goals (led by the Sales team)
  • Orchestrate campaign analysis, together with the marketing insights team, to review results and assess learnings on a global level, to be then built into the next campaign cycle
  • Contribute to other projects within the Brand management area, on ad-hoc basis

About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • 3 - 5 years of professional experience in Marketing / Campaign management / Brand Management within the luxury/fashion or in jewelry/accessories industry (or similar)
  • Team player and project manager, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a larger team in a fast-paced environment, orchestrating multiple workstreams in parallel
  • Excellent strategic-thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Innovative and creative approach with a can-do attitude
  • Strong commercial sense and financial acumen
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Immediate availability will be considered a plus
  • Excellent English proficiency in spoken and written language
