THE ROLE

Reporting into the Head of Product, as a Lead Product Manager You'll set and execute the vision for our Platform Services and Integrations Products, which will become a foundation for our platform. Our motto is to connect FF Platform to the ecosystem, exposing the Platform's capabilities, reinforcing the presence of FF as a Technology Platform in the market and favouring the growth of connected partners. The primary focus of the role will work closely with our company tech and business players to achieve a solid and aligned vision that will build the foundations for Farfetch core platform growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Focus on team growth, fostering autonomy by creating a team vision around the Product mission and ensuring the consistent investment in people's growth and evolution.
  • Provide inputs to set the overall vision for our Platform Services and Integrations Products.
  • Work collaboratively with a cross-disciplinary team to transform business challenges into a value-driven roadmap.
  • Respond to the needs of customers throughout the development process; analyse competitors and market trends; develop detailed requirements, feature definitions, implementation plans, and internal communications.and strategy for our Products.
  • Rely on data driven techniques to present and secure approval from senior management and other key stakeholders, as necessary.
  • Champion the needs of business teams and stakeholders throughout the development process, ensuring that what is delivered meets the original goals.
  • Anticipate upstream and downstream impacts and work with internal business groups to adjust business tools and practices to support new features and functionalities.
  • Develop supporting business cases, including financial impact and benefits statements, to support feature/functionality concepts and sell the concepts to internal audiences through persuasive oral and written presentations.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Proven professional experience in API Products
    Experience managing Product teams.
  • Ability to think global and strategically and frame new and complex issues.
  • Experienced in using data to inform key decisions. This includes analyzing usage patterns to drive prioritization and adopting a test and learn approach to building product to inform product direction.
