*Job Purpose
- To assist with the provision and maintenance of resources for staff and students in the school and to provide support to the Primary Senior Library Assistant.
- To instill a love of reading in the students from an early age and to develop good library habits including an understanding of the organisation of the books (Dewey decimal classification system)
Qualifications
- Minimum GCSEs including English and Maths
Experience
- At least three years’ relevant experience is required
- Experience of working in an educational environment (e.g. school, college university etc.) is preferred
- Experience of living and working in the Middle East (and in Qatar in particular) would be an advantage
