Get the new orders from the SDR Excel Sheet.
- Print out the Sales Order and hand it over to the production line leadman to start production.
- Assure the orders are clubbed together when cutting in the same batch whenever is possible.
- Close the production orders on SAP system for all production lines.
- Print out the finished goods labels and hand them over to production staff in order to be fixed on the finished packages.
- Assure all inputs and outputs are accurately reflected on SAP including molds and other utilities consumed as well as the resulting finished goods, cut pieces, top sheets, and scrap where all items should be allocated in their respective warehouses on SAP system.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain Planners and update them with orders status.
Qualifications:
- Good English communication Skills.
- Good Excel and Microsoft knowledge.
- SAP or any other ERP system knowledge is preferred.
- At least 1 year experience as data entry
- 2 years Diploma or High school
