About Us
We are a local architectural repair consultancy practice. Beside repair consultancy, we also manage projects like A&A, repainting and reroofing works.
Why recruiting
Due to the expansion of our project management department, we are currently short of staff to help us manage and coordinate the various activities on site.
The Work
- Tracking contract progress and highlight deviation
- Checking of contractor quality and compliance of work on site
- Calling of quote for Contractors
- Verification of Contractor claim for PM approval
- Compilation and documentation
- Attend to meeting and tender interview
The Office
The work is based on site.
The Team
You will work with the contractor and owner's staff who are managing the daily operation and contract of the project.
The Hours
We work from Mon to Fri (9 am to 6 pm) and Sat (9 am to 1 pm) half day.
