Roles & Responsibilities
Our client is a from Real Estate industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Facility Technician to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team.
Duties:
- Responsible in complying with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work safety..
- Responsible in overseeing and inspects the work performed by outside contractors.
- Responsible in contracted work includes landscaping, HVAC, lightings, plumbing, and cleaning.
- Responsible in performing maintenance of equipment, machinery, building and structures.
- Responsible in conducting inspections to ensure proper functioning of facilities, assess & evaluate the physical space requirements of the client and recommends plans to meet needs.
- Responsible in completing maintenance and repair records as required.
- Responsible in ordering necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks.
- Responsible in maintaining the building lighting system, including element and ballast repairs or replacements.
- Responsible in responding quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.
Requirements:
- Min NITEC Certificate in Electrical /Mechanical/Electronic or any relevant field
- Prior experience in Facility Management Field in providing maintenance and repair services is a bonus
- Min 2 years’ experience in commercial or retail electrical experience
