LISBON
Our Lisbon office is located in Portugal's cosmopolitan capital. In this office, Farfetchers like to have catch ups in the ball pit or creative moments by the grand piano!
THE ROLE
The People Experience Specialist will work directly with Farfetchers and the wider People Team to provide personalized guidance and solutions on a variety of People-related activities. The main goal of this new function is to foster an outstanding experience for our employees, at all stages of the people journey, by providing timely support following our policies and processes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
WHO YOU ARE
- A professional with qualifications People/HR generalist experience.
- Experienced in HR data systems.
- A professional with customer first mindset, with focus on the Employee experience.
- Employment & Labor laws knowledge.
- A professional with very good communication skills.
- An ambassador of change, with a dynamic approach to work.
- Technically proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint);
- Fluent in English is mandatory.
