Design and develop a data-based approach to keep always under control main assurance indicators
- Proactive analysis and anomaly detection
- Drive changes in way of working with a data driven approach
- Process Automation on assurance workflows
- Tool and system definition requirements across Enterprise Operation
- Reporting
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
- Proven Skills and experience (at least 3 years) on automation processes
- Experience in data analysis scope
- Data driven mindset and change driven approach
- Understanding of basic programming
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Experience on automation systems/tools
- Experience on Machine Learning algorithms
- Experience as Programmer or data analyst
- Experience on presenting software (Excel, PPT, Tableau)
Key performance indicators:
He/she will be responsible for incoming issues reduction
- He/she will be responsible for cost saving thanks to automation and new software develop
