Now, we’re looking for a
- HEAD OF SALES_

The Head that we are looking for will be in charge of the following activities:

  • Identify, develop, and pursue business opportunities;
  • Support and coordinate projects execution across multiple functions;
  • Define strategic actions and targets;
  • Elaborate forecasts, reports and canvass to maximize the established results;
  • Share with the Partners the objs reached, frequently testing the progress of the work of the Area Managers on the national territory, respecting the pre-established schedule;
  • Plan to monitor the budget with the CFO.

Requirements:

  • +5 years of experience in the same role;
  • Talented professional with successful experience in primary business organization, preferred financial services, cards, payments or another related field;
  • Strong Sales, Business Development or Consultancy backgrounds;
  • Strong leadership and motivation;
  • Problem solving and ability to work in complex environment;
  • Team-player with strong collaborations skills;
  • High ability to lead projects end to end;
  • Relationship skills at all levels;
  • Excellent problem solving, analytic capabilities and business acumen;
  • Results-oriented and customer-focused;
  • Good presentation skills, written and oral (Italian and English);
  • Good knowledge of the main it systems (above all Excel).
