Quantity Surveyor

Required Quantity Surveyor (about 8-10 years’ experience) with thorough knowledge of market rates of Joinery and Fit out works with complete understanding of scope, type and specification of materials used in Joinery, Metal works MEP works in the Fit out Industry and should have good skills in negotiations on rates, payment terms, with Subcontractors and Suppliers, techno commercial comparisons of quotes, presentation for approvals with Senior Management, preparation of Work order, implementing contractual terms, all in the interest of the Company and in line with Contract terms with Client.
Monitor the delivery schedule and coordinate with Joinery factory, prepare and certify payment certificates of subcontractors based on the work done/supplied materials and assist the procurement/purchase department as necessary

Qualification - Civil/ID Engineer with 8-10 years’ experience in Joinery and Fit out Industry in UAE
