Job Description
What you’ll do
- Have conversations with a variety of people to explain various offers
- Use scripts to provide information about offers, products etc.
- Persuade customers to accept the offer
- Handle objections or complaints in a professional manner
- Walk customers through certain processes
- Accurately record information about the call
- Meet / exceed set targets
Qualifications
What you bring
- At least 6 months of experience in lead generation or sales (preferably in a contact centre environment)
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas
- Amazing objection handling and persuasion skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems

The Legal Stuff
- This is a basic salary plus commission-based role where you are in charge of how much you earn, the more leads you generate, the higher your income will be.
- This is an office-based role where you will be expected to work Monday to Friday in our office in Three Anchor Bay, Cape Town.
