HOUSEKEEPERS SUPERVISOR
- 3 years UAE Experience in 5* Hotel as housekeeping supervisor only, immediate joining

For a well-established Company in Downtown, Dubai, we need Supervisor housekeeping staff

• Checking apartments (bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom) All areas Floors, walls, ceiling, facilities and equipment are clean & well maintained.
• *Assigning *housekeeping tasks to the housekeepers, taking attendance and Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence
• Inventory of cleaning supplies, amenities and inform the office for deficiency
• Training housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks, educating staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards
• Overseeing staff performance on a daily basis including
• Investigates complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment, and takes corrective action.
• Keep record of all the keys and access card.
• Procedures for lost and found items
• Handles guest complaints in urgency and high priority
• Effective coordination with Operation staff, laundry, maintenance and drivers for effective supervision of work, including the schedule for check in and check out to the housekeepers.

• Immediate joiners and visa takers (only visit or cancelled Visa):

• Hotel experience (UAE experience of more than 3 years as supervisor) is must:

• Attractive and can speak English.

• A Confident individual and attention to details is a must
• Should be flexible with timings(increased timings).
