Ottewell Animal Clinic is looking for an enthusiastic team player to join our compassionate health care professionals. Applicant must be motivated, have strong client communication skills, a positive attitude and be able to multitask in a fast paced environment. Past experience in a veterinary clinic is preferred.
Duties include:
Greeting clients
Answering phones and booking appointments
Patient admissions/discharges including invoicing
Medical file management
Prepare vaccine reminders
General housekeeping

Salary: $16.00-$19.00 per hour

Schedule:

Staff and clients are required to wear masks and common surfaced are sanitized regularly
Experience:
- Veterinary Assistant: 1 year (required)
- Veterinary & Lab Animal Assistants: 1 year (required)
- Front desk: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
