Position Overview
This role is critical in providing support to the OneSource Performance & Business Insights Office, carrying out financial strategies in support of Global and Regional process owners.
Key Responsibilities
Business Insights
- Facilitate strategies targeted to optimize Accounts Receivable balance and DSO metric through predictive analytics and financial modeling
- Develop B.I. analytics to understand O2C (Order-to-Cash) end to end framework and drive business decisions
- Provide Cost to Serve and Operating Efficiency metrics, including analysis to optimize activity placements
Performance Management
- Drive insights and actions from DSO main drivers (shipping cadence, channel mix) leading to business outcomes
- Support the implementation and monitoring of cash collection efficiency protocols
- Create monthly and quarterly O2C scorecards for performance review
- Lead change management efforts and connect with other departments (Treasury) to define best in class practices
SLA Management
- Assist with the deployment of the OneSource Governance Structure, ensuring alignment to business strategies
- Monitor adherence to Third Party Provider Service Level Agreements, sharing insights to maintain high standards
- Facilitate monitoring of operating controls

Additional Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Administration required
- Minimum Years of Experience: 3-5 years
- Proficient in Excel and financial reporting systems; SAP & Hyperion knowledge desired
- Accounting knowledge and understanding of Financial statements
- Experience driving and monitoring performance, including balanced metrics and reporting frameworks
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
- Continuous improvement and service-oriented mindset
- Strong project management, team management and client management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, exercise good judgment in decision making, understand and synthesize complex issues, and support the execution of business strategy
- Strong technical skills (Finance, Accounting, and technological tools)
