The Program Manager manages IP development for key programs and successfully executes the programs against established commitments. The program manager acts as the main interface of Synopsys with our tier one customers and within our internal development teams to ensure we deliver to our customer requirements to meet their SOC goals and targets. Programs may include new development or porting of different IPs to different foundry process technology nodes.
Responsibilities:
Act as the focal point of contact and manage all external and internal communications relating to the program
Drive day-to-day execution of key programs: direct schedules; identify and escalate issues; drive problems to resolution; identify and manage risk
Key Qualifications:BSEE or equivalent with 5-10 years experience in semiconductor industry
- Solid background in program management in analog or digital SoC design
- Knowledge of SoC design flow, IC manufacturing, process technology and signoff process
- Have experience communicating at different levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to lead and align cross-functional teams
Exception verbal/written communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
Preferred Experience:Prior customer interfacing or customer support experience in semiconductor industry or related field
- Experience with embedded memory and standard cell design is a plus
