Senior Payroll Specialist/lead (Compensation &

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelors Degree - Business Administration in Finance/Accounting or relevant;
• Proven expertise in IT skills - Oracle payroll software - SAP experience is a plus;
• Ten (10) years' progressive experience in payroll processes - five (5) years of which as section/division head level;
• Numerical, accounting/finance and analytical skills;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Risk assessment skills;
• Decision making skills
