We offer a valuable working experience and the unique chance to participate in meaningful and exciting projects. As integral part of the team, trainees will attain insight into our daily activities, take over ownership and gain exposure to:
- Private Equity: our investment focus is on software and ICT, business ecosystems, financial services, fintech and digital assets. In these sectors we invest globally and long-term
- Private Debt: we finance SMEs, mortgages and real estate projects in Switzerland
- Real Estate Development: we invest in land, renovation projects, real estate and real estate projects in german-speaking Switzerland
Requirements:
We look for talents, willing to make an impact, with a master’s degree from a leading university in either:
- Business Administration, Finance, Economics or Accounting
- Computational Science, Engineering, Mathematics or Physics
We expect:
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Basic knowledge in accounting principles and valuation methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in German and English
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- The ability to work under pressure
- Focus on details and passion for excellence
- Ownership and an entrepreneurial mindset
